One of the things we love to do at Crossfit BQE is… celebrate!
Our members come to our gym for a number of reasons. They want to lose fat. They hope to gain muscle mass. They want to ready themselves for the summer season. They want to train for a specific sport. But, ultimately, they want to live longer, happier and healthier lives. In our experience we have found that no two members are alike.
Different goals, different strategies for reaching those goals, and different outcomes along the way. We meet you where you are, an celebrate as you get to where you’re going.

Crossfit BQE and its coaches have helped change my way of life and thinking.
4 months ago I tipped the scale at 280lbs. I was constantly tired, irritated and lacking in self motivation.
Things changed when I got so winded playing with my 3yr old daughter and that she said ” Daddy no more belly please”.
My brother introduced me to Crossfit BQE and 4 months later I have lost 35lbs. I’m leaner, stronger and happier than I have ever been. I still have a long way to go to reach my goals but I am loving the journey.
All I can say is thank you to the Crossfit BQE Family and Coaches for helping bring out the fire and competitiveness that was lost inside me!!
Like most people out there, I didn’t understand the fascination with Crossfit. Why would I want to be the best at working out? What’s the deal with double unders? Burpees over a bar, get out of here. I couldn’t fathom the idea of ever joining this movement, until I did.
December 2015 I was peaking at 260lbs, definitely the biggest number I’ve ever seen on the scale. I joined a “globo” gym. I ran on the elliptical for an hour, 6 days a week. After 6 months of the same monotonous routine watching the same people going through the same motions everyday, I decided I need to spend more on my health then just $20 a month. So I checked out Crossfit Built Quick & Explosive.
I’ve lost 60lbs in the last year and have toned and conditioned my body to withstand more than I ever thought imaginable years ago. That has to do with my personal drive, the Crossfit community of most importantly Crossfit BQE, a place I could spend as much time at, as I do work. Hate it or love it, it’s a way of life.
